Too much fun

My parents stayed with us a whole month to help with 3 kiddos while Ryan went back to school.  Their help was priceless as I was able to sleep in while they fed the boys breakfast and got them ready for the day.   Below are some pics of things they did with the boys while I spent time with Tessa.  I think they went to Chuck E Cheese about 4-5 times!  Plus, they probably read them a million books and put the fishy puzzle together 500,000 times.  They were ADORED!

We had so much fun with them.  We got to celebrate 4 birthdays together
(Pop Pop, Tessa, Luke and Mimzy).   We celebrated their last day here and Mimzy's birthday by going to a play  Skippy Jon Jones and eating at The Cove.

Baby Blessing

We had Tessa's baby blessing in our home on Jan 25th.  Of course my Mom and Dad, Bran and Claire were there.  Bishop Hagey and his wife and our friends from the Baylor program came (Chiquituctos, Niesses, and Sam) came too.  It was very special.  Tessa wore an heirloom as my Mom, McKay and I have worn it.  She was the 3rd generation to wear it.

Claire captured some sweet poses and faces of our little girl getting ready for her big day.

Falling in love

Lukey turns 2!

Luke is excellent at saying, "I two year old!" and holding up 2 fingers.  He is so proud.  We went to the Kiddie Park, a 1940's amusement park, the day before.  He rode every ride and loved it.
He is still obsessed with Elmo and prays for him, Grover, and the Count every night.  He also insists that you pray for them too.

Christmas traditions

We were so lucky to spend Christmas with Mimzy, Pop Pop, Bran and Claire.
The boys kept pointing to my belly and telling Tessa,
"Don't come out until AFTER Christmas!"  And she obeyed!

Getting ready for Christmas

Our first Gingerbread house
It only lasted one day, not because they ate it all but because
they poured water all over it.

Watching lots of Christmas movies
Luke insisted on wearing his Elmo glasses, Cat in the Hat hat, and Lilo and Stitch backpack
