Fileting Fish

Someone at work was selling salmon for a dollar a fish.  I couldn't pass up a good deal, but didn't realize that they were HUGE and needed to be gutted and cut.  I youtubed how to do it, called Branagan, and borrowed a good knife from our neighbor.  It took forever and looked like a crime scene but now we have a ton of salmon for $2!
