We spent two glorious days at Legoland. The kids loved it except for the part that Luke got tricked to go on a dragon roller coaster and so he tricked Sam to do it too. Then there was another roller coaster with virtual reality goggles that we forced the boys on. They cried for the entire 20 minutes in line. We weren't given the goggles and it wasn't nearly as terrifying as they had made it out to be in their minds. Poor Tessa was too small to ride it but would have loved to as she is our dare devil. There was a much smaller roller coaster that she wanted to do over and over. This one was almost too scary for the boys. But aside from the "scary" rollercoasters, it was a total hit. It was pretty low key without lines and we got to do everything we wanted as many times as we wanted and do it again the next day. We had never stayed at a resort before and it was glorious. Even the breakfast buffet (which was included) was a pleasant surprise. In the park, there is a lego factory and then bulk bins with every type of lego imaginable. The kids had a blast picking out what to buy. We are officially lego fans.
Sam loved being in Egypt with the Pharoh
